Location

We are located in the heart of the beautiful Dartington Estate, a 1,200-acre expanse of beautiful woodlands and wild meadows with the River Dart running through. The estate is also home to charities working in the arts, environmental sector, and for social justice. There is a pub and café onsite.

Getting Here

The nearest airports are Bristol, Gatwick, or Heathrow. From these airports, you can take a train to Totnes. Those flying into Gatwick (LGW) or Heathrow (LHR) can take a direct 3-hour train from Paddington to Totnes. You will then need a short taxi ride to get here; please book this well in advance and consider teaming up with others arriving by train. Contact numbers for taxis are provided below.

If driving, look for the turn-off signposted to Totnes, Dartmouth, and Kingsbridge on the A38. Follow the A385. After 5 miles, the estate’s entrance is signposted on your left, just before Dartington village. A WhatsApp group will be set up three weeks to plan any potential co-travel.

We also strongly advise participants to take out travel insurance in case of any extenuating circumstances. We also strongly advise participants to arrive a day early to adjust to the local time if travelling from afar. Please give us plenty of notice in advance and we will do our best to arrange your accommodation.
